What is Home Staging?

The way you live in your home, and the way you market and sell your house are two different

things.  Home Staging is professionally preparing homes for sale, so that they appeal to

competition by being clean, clutter-free, and ready to show to prospective Buyers.

A properly staged home has just the right quality and quantity of furnishings for a buyer to understand how rooms function and how spaces flow. Staging creates warmth, life, and positive emotion.
